中医辨证护理干预在消渴病中的应用效果

Application effect of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing intervention in diabetes

目的研究中医辨证护理干预在消渴病患者中的应用效果。方法随机将2018年6月至2019年5月我院收治的102例消渴病患者分为对照组(常规护理)与观察组(中医辨证护理),各51例。比较两组护理效果。结果护理后,两组FPG、2 h PG水平、HbA1c、心理功能、生理功能、治疗效果及社会关系评分均明显下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组CSSD70评分均明显升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论消渴病患者应用中医辨证护理的效果良好,有利于改善血糖代谢指标,控制糖尿病症状,改善生活质量。

Objective To study the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing intervention in patients with diabetes.Methods A total of 102 patients with diabetes admitted in our hospital from June 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing),with 51 cases in each group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the levels of FPG,2 h PG,HbA1c,the scores of psychological function,physiological function,therapeutic effect and social relationship in the two groups decreased significantly,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of CSSD70 in the two groups incerased significantly,and those of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing appliction in the patients with diabetes has a good effect,it is beneficial to the improvement of blood glucose metabolism index,the control of diabetes symptoms and the improvement of quality of life.
