品管圈活动在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用效果及对患者并发症发生率的影响

Application effect of quality control circle activity in laparoscopic cholecystectomy and its influence on the incidence of patients'complications

目的分析品管圈活动在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用效果及对患者并发症发生率的影响。方法以我院腹腔镜胆囊切除术围术期管理中推行品管圈活动的时间为分组依据,分别于推行前(2018年2月至2018年6月)、推行后(2018年8月至2018年12月)各抽取54例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者为研究对象,并依次纳入常规组与品管圈组。常规组给予常规围术期护理,品管圈组进行品管圈活动。比较两组患者的并发症发生情况、护理满意度及术后康复情况。结果品管圈组的并发症总发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。品管圈组的护理满意度高于常规组(P<0.05)。品管圈组的胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间均短于常规组(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动应用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者可降低其并发症的发生率,改善其术后康复情况,提高护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the application effect of quality control circle activity in laparoscopic cholecystectomy and its influence on the incidence of patients'complications.Methods Based on the time of implementing quality control circle activity in the perioperative management of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital,54 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were extracted as the research objects before the implementation(February 2018 to June 2018)and after the implementation(August 2018 to December 2018)respectively,and were successively included into routine group and quality control circle group.The routine group was given routine perioperative care,and the quality control circle group conducted quality control circle activity.The complications,nursing satisfaction and postoperative rehabilitation of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of complications in the quality control circle group was lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the quality control circle group was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The recovery time of gastrointestinal function and hospitalization time in the quality control circle group were shorter than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quality control circle activity in laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients can reduce the incidence of complications,improve the postoperative rehabilitation and nursing satisfaction.
