医院冷却塔节能运行策略

Energy saving operation strategy for cooling towers in hospitals

针对北京某医院冷却塔出水温度偏高的问题,采用多台冷却塔并联、冷却塔风机统一变频调节的运行策略改造原有的系统。实际运行结果表明,改造后的冷却塔出水温度接近室外湿球温度,从而大幅降低制冷机组能耗,没有发现以往因冷却塔超温而造成设备停机等不利情况。最后针对医用冷却塔设计和选型存在的问题提出了几点建议。

Aiming at the higher outlet water temperature of cooling towers in a hospital in Beijing,reforms the original system by the method of uniform variable frequency of cooling tower fans and parallel connection of multiple cooling towers.The actual operation results show that the water temperature of the reformed cooling tower is close to the wet-bulb temperature of outdoor air,which greatly reducing the energy consumption of the refrigeration unit and avoiding equipment shutdown due to overheat of cooling tower.Provides some suggestions of hospital cooling tower design and selection.
