“中国制造2025”背景下家具设计与工程专业人才培养探讨

Discussion on the Cultivation of Professional Talents in Furniture Design and Engineering under the Background of“Made in China 2025”

在《中国制造2025》背景下,要求中国的制造业发展必须依附于互联网技术,实现从传统的自动化制造模式向智能制造模式转变。智能制造的基本方针与人才培养密不可分,人才是实现制造强国的根本。家具设计与工程专业作为一门传统的应用型专业,人才培养需要紧跟时代的发展,做到与时代发展的高度融合,才能适应家具制造业向着智能制造转型升级的需求。文章针对家具设计与工程专业现行人才培养过程中存在的问题和行业的需求,结合新时代人才培养的定位和目标,从教师队伍构建、课程内容设置、教学过程设计、实践课程重构、教材建设的升级和课程成绩评价等方面进行探讨,为《中国制造2025》背景下家具设计与工程专业高层次技术人才培养模式提供借鉴和指导。

In the context of"Made in China 2025",China..s manufacturing industry has evolved from a traditional automated manufacturing model to a smart model,which must be attached to Internet technology.The basic policy of intelligent manufacturing is inseparable from the cultivation of talents which are the foundation for constructing a strong manufacturing country. As a traditional applied specialty,the furniture design and engineering profession needs to keep up and achieve a high degree of integration with the development of the times so as to meet the transformation and upgrading needs to intelligent manufacturing.Aiming at the problems existing in the process of the talent training of furniture design and engineering profession and the needs of the industry,the construction of teaching staff,the setting of curriculum content,the design of teaching process,the reconstruction of practical curriculum,and the construction of teaching materials were analyzed in combined with the orientation and goals of talent training in the new era. The upgrading and evaluation of course performance are also discussed,which will provide reference and guidance for the high.level technical personnel training mode of furniture design and engineering in the context of"Made in China 2025".
