摘要
共用性绩效指标,是指该绩效指标的完成必需某两个或多个部门或者岗位相互支持和配合。探讨专用性绩效指标和共用性绩效指标的含义,然后对共用性绩效指标在企业绩效考核中的意义进行重点分析,最后对在实践中如何正确使用共用性绩效指标进行具体说明。将每一个共用性绩效指标都列入到对其完成有直接影响且需要相互支持、配合和监督的某两个或多个部门或者岗位的绩效指标体系之中,不仅确保了该共用性绩效指标落到实处,而且将这几个部门或者岗位关联在一起,促使这几个部门或者岗位为完成共同的绩效指标而真正做到相互支持、配合和监督。
The common performance indicator means that two or more departments(or positions)must support and cooperate with each other to complete the performance indicators.First briefly introduces and exemplifies the meanings of dedicated performance indicators and shared performance indicators,then focuses on the significance of common performance indicators in enterprise performance evaluation,and finally explains how to use the sharing performance indicators correctly in practice.The inclusion of each sharing performance indicator in the performance indicator system of a certain two or more departments(or positions)that have a direct impact on their completion and require mutual support,cooperation and supervision not only ensures that the shared performance indicator is truly implemented,but also binds these departments(or positions)to the same ship,prompting these departments(or positions)to truly support,cooperate and supervise each other in order to achieve the common performance indicator.
