摘要
高校人力资源管理等工商管理类本土企业案例的开发活动是提升案例教学质量水平的重要内容。从认识观念、队伍建设和相关制度等分析了我国高校本土化案例开发存在的问题,由此提出了我国人力资源管理等工商管理专业本土化案例开发对策。
The case development activities of local enterprises such as human resource management in colleges and universities in China are important to improve the quality of case teaching in China.This paper analyzes in detail on many problems existing in the development of localization cases in colleges and universities in China from the aspects of cognition concept,team construction and related systems,and puts forward some countermeasures for the localization case development of business administration majors such as human resources management in China.
