穴位电刺激结合康复教育改善孤独症谱系障碍儿童行为问题的临床研究 被引量:16

Clinical Research on Acupoint Electrical Stimulation Combined with Rehabilitation Education to Improve the Behavior of Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder

摘要 目的:观察穴位电刺激治疗孤独症谱系障碍儿童行为问题的临床疗效。方法:筛选我院确诊为孤独症谱系障碍的患儿64例,按照就诊顺序利用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各32例,治疗组给予穴位电刺激结合康复教育,对照组给予康复教育,治疗3个月。治疗前后采用《自闭症儿童心理教育评核(第三版)》(C-PEP-3)、儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)进行疗效对比评价。结果:治疗3个月后,治疗组患儿总有效率81.25%,对照组总有效率56.25%,两组患儿疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗后C-PEP-3评分均提高(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组提高更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,两组患儿治疗后CARS评分均降低(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组降低更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位电刺激结合康复教育治疗孤独症谱系障碍儿童行为问题效果明显。 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint electrical stimulation in the treatment of behavioral problems in children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Methods:64 cases of children diagnosed with ASD in our hospital were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group by random number table method according to the order of treatment.The treatment group was given acupoint electrical stimulation combined with rehabilitation education,while the control group was given rehabilitation education and treated for 3 months.Before and after treatment,the third edition of Psychological Education Assessment for Autistic Children(C-PEP-3)and the Children Autism Rating scale(CARS)were used for the comparative evaluation of efficacy.Results:After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate was 81.25%in the treatment group and 56.25%in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The C-PEP-3 score of both groups increased after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group increased more obviously than the control group,which had statistical difference(P<0.05).The CARS score of both groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group decreased more obviously than the control group,which had statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint electrical stimulation combined with rehabilitation education is effective in the treatment of behavioral problems in children with autism spectrum disorders.
