我国水煤浆气化技术现状及发展趋势

Status and Development of Coal-water Slurry Gasification Technology in China

水煤浆气化技术具有技术成熟、设备相对简单、生产过程安全可靠、易于大型化、投资及产品成本低等优点。我国在消化吸收国外先进水煤浆气化工艺的基础上,经过十几年的不断实践积累了丰富的经验,探索开发出多种具有自主知识产权的水煤浆气化技术。清华炉由一代非熔渣-熔渣分级气化向二代水煤浆-水冷壁转型,标志着我国水煤浆气化技术已达到国际先进水平;水煤浆-膜式壁-辐射废锅气化技术成为新型煤气化技术改造的导向;多喷嘴对置式水煤浆气化技术开辟了世界水煤浆气化炉超大型化的先河;而东昱新一代气化技术作为工业经济型水煤浆气化技术,成为中小型煤化工技改的首选;多元料浆新型气化技术解决了煤化工制气和炼油行业高硫石油焦及高分子废水处理难、处理费用高等问题,对工业有机废物资源的大规模、清洁高效利用具有显著优势。我国水煤浆气化技术将向着技术自主化多元化、装置大型化、原料提浓化、操作高压化和能量利用高效化方向发展。

Coal-water slurry gasification technology has the advantages of mature technology,relatively simple equipment,safe and reliable production process,easy scaling up and low investment and product cost.On the basis of introducing advanced foreign coal-water slurry gasification technologies,China has accumulated rich experience after more than ten years of continuous practice,and has explored and developed a variety of coal-water slurry gasification technologies with independent intellectual property rights.Tsinghua gasifier was transformed from the first-generation non-slag/slag classification gasification to the second-generation coal wa-ter slurry water wall gasification,indicating that China′ s coal-water slurry gasification technology has reached the international advanced level.Coal-water slurry,membrane wall and radiant syngas cooler gasification technology has become the technological transformation direction for the new coal gasification technology.Opposed multi-burner coal-water slurry gasification technology has led the development of super large coal water slur-ry gasifier in the world.As an industrially economic coal-water slurry gasification technology,Dongyu new-generation gasification technology has become the first choice for the technological transformation of small and medium-sized coal chemical plants.The new multi-slurry gasification technology can solve the problems,including treatment difficulty and high cost,in the treatment of high sulfur petroleum coke and polymer wastewater in coal to gas industry and oil refining industry,providing significant advantages for the clean and efficient utilization of industrial organic waste resources on a large scale.China ′ s coal-water slurry gasification technology is developing towards independent and diversified technology,larger-scale unit,concentrated raw materials,high-pressure operation and efficient energy utilization.
