应用于Φ300 mm平面反射镜的精密二维转台轴系设计 被引量:8

摘要 在轨组装望远镜的光学检测系统主要包括子镜拼接精度检测系统和系统波像差检测系统,这两种检测系统共用一组Φ300 mm平面反射镜,为了实现平面反射镜的精密切换,研制了一套基于通用P2级精密轴承的二维转台。首先,对轴系进行了结构设计并详细说明了装配工艺;然后,构建了理论计算模型对所设计轴系精度进行了定量分析。结果表明,俯仰轴系最大晃动误差为2.36″(PV),方位轴系最大晃动误差为0.56″(PV)。最后,利用傅里叶谐波分析方法对俯仰轴系、方位轴系进行了精度检测,检测结果表明,俯仰轴系最大晃动误差为2.5″(PV),方位轴系最大晃动误差为0.6″(PV)。利用对径相加读数法对两轴垂直度进行了检测,检测结果表明,两轴垂直度误差为1.5″。测试结果验证了结构设计和理论计算模型的合理性。 The optical inspection system for the on-orbit assembly telescope mainly includes the sub-aperture co-phasing inspection and wave aberration detection of the system,they share aΦ300 mm plane mirror,therefore,the precise switching of plane mirror should be realized.A set of two-dimensional turntable based on general P2 level bearing was designed to meet the precise switching requirement.Firstly,the structures of the shafting system were designed and the assembly process was described in detail;then,the theoretical calculation model was built to analyze the accuracy of the designed shafting system,the results show that the maximum shaking error of the horizontal shafting system is 2.36″(PV),and the maximum shaking error of the vertical shafting system is 0.56″(PV).Finally,the accuracy of the shafting system was tested by using the Fourier harmonic analysis method.the practice shows that the maximum shaking error of horizontal shafting system is 2.5″(PV),and the maximum shaking error of vertical shafting system is 0.6″(PV),the perpendicularity of the two shafts tested by the method of pair-addition reading is 1.5″.The test results verify the rationality of structural design and theoretical calculation model.
