五味枳椇颗粒有效成分提取工艺的研究

摘要 目的优化五味枳椇颗粒有效成分最佳提取工艺。方法采用乙醇回流提取法提取五味枳椇颗粒有效成分,采用HPLC测定其中效标成分葛根素、双氢杨梅素、甘草酸铵和五味子醇甲的含量,以乙醇浓度、提取时间和药液比例作为考察因素进行单因素考察,通过正交实验优化提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为提取次数2次,乙醇浓度60%药液,液料比例8倍量,加热时间1 h。结论该提取工艺安全合理,成本低,提取率高,简单易行,便于操作。 Objective To optimize the extraction process of effective components in Wuwei Zhiju Granules.Methods The content of puerarin,dihydromyricetin,ammonium glycyrrhizinate and schisandrin a in wuweizhiju granules was determined by HPLC.The concentration of ethanol,the extraction time and the proportion of drug solution were investigated as single factors.The extraction process was optimized by orthogonal experiment.Results The best extraction process was 2 times of extraction,60%ethanol concentration,8 times of liquid and material ratio,and 1 hour of heating time.Conclusion The extraction process is safe and reasonable,low cost,high extraction rate,simple and easy to operate.
