重症监护室危重患者“无缝护理”联合早期肠内营养干预的效果

Effect of“seamless nursing”combined with early enteral nutrition intervention for critical patients in ICU

目的探索“无缝护理”联合早期肠内营养干预对ICU危重患者的干预效果,同时观察是否可以预防应激性溃疡的发生。方法将ICU收治的危重患者中80例均分为观察组合对照组,对照组施常规护理干预,3 d后进行肠内营养,观察组实施无缝护理,并于当天进行肠内营养,比较两组患者的护理满意度和应激性溃疡发生率。结果干预后观察组应激性溃疡发生率明显高于观察组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为95%,明显高于对照组的77.5%(P<0.05)。结论为ICU危重患者提供无缝护理,同时早期进行肠内营养干预,可明显提高护理效果,减少应激性溃疡的发生,保护患者的胃肠道,可在临床上推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of“seamless nursing”combined with early enteral nutrition intervention on critical patients in ICU,and to observe whether it can prevent the occurrence of stress ulcer.Methods Eighty ritically ill patients in ICU were divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention and enteral nutrition after 3 days.The observation group was given seamless nursing and enteral nutrition on the same day.The nursing satisfaction and the incidence of stress ulcer were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the incidence of stress ulcer in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 95%,significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing seamless nursing for ICU critical patients and early enteral nutrition intervention can significantly improve the nursing effect,reduce the occurrence of stress ulcer and protect the gastrointestinal tract of patients,which can be widely used in clinical practice.
