考虑后大架铰接间隙的火炮动力学特性仿真 被引量:1

摘要 针对某型火炮大修时,普遍存在后大架连接孔明显增大的现实问题,基于ADAMS软件和接触变形模型,研究了参数化含间隙机械式销-孔连接铰的建模方法,建立了考虑后大架铰接间隙的参数化火炮虚拟样机并进行了VV&A验证。基于该模型仿真分析了发射时后大架铰接间隙对炮口扰动和铰接接触力的影响,研究了左右大架不同间隙水平对炮口扰动的交互影响。研究结果表明:后大架间隙的增大恶化了铰链间的受力,增大了火炮的横向散布,但对纵向散布影响较小。 For the common fact of the clearance between back trail and bottom carriage is apparently increased when it is in major maintenance.Based on ADAMS software and impact deformation model,the parametric mechanical pin/hole joint considering clearance is researched,and the parametric virtual prototype considering joint clearance is built.The VV&A of the virtual prototype is verified.By the virtual prototype,muzzle disturbance and joint force effected by back trail joint clearance when firing are analyzed and interaction effect by left/right back trail joint in different clearance level is researched.The conclusions are as:by the increment of clearance between back trail and bottom carriage,the contact force and orientation distribution is rather increased,but vertical distribution is rarely effected.
