摘要
教育教学实践能力是教师候选人入门的必备能力。教师资格考试在观念上重视实践指向、在命题中注重实践考查。立足实践考查视角,以我国教师资格考试“地理学科知识与教学能力”科目为例,通过分析2012—2018年12套试卷,归纳其实践指向特点,并解读隐含的多层意蕴。根据对全国27个省份39所师范院校的学生和教师问卷调查的结果,对教师资格考试考查教育教学实践提出改进建议。
Educational practice ability is a fundamental element of distinguishing teacher candidates.The National Teacher Certification Examination shows the great importance of teaching ability both in conceptions and test development.Based on the perspective of educational practice abilities,this paper takes the items of geography subject as examples to analyze characteristics and significance of the practical orientation.According to the results of questionnaire survey of students and teachers from 39 normal universities in 27 provinces,the paper proposes suggestions on how to improve teaching abilities of teacher certification examination.
