幼儿园教师资格考试的价值、问题与对策

摘要 为了规范幼儿教师的质量和水平,严把“入口关”,我国幼儿园教师资格考试在前期试点工作的基础上,自2015年开始正式施行。实施五年以来,在一定程度上推动了我国学前教育质量的提升,也暴露出在考试内容、方式、管理等方面的局限性,需要重构专业课程体系,优化人才培养方案,增加专业品性测评,强化实践性导向,重点考察实际执教能力,建立一套完整、独立的幼儿园教师资格制度体系,彰显学前教育工作的专业特性,逐步推进我国幼儿园师资队伍的健康发展。 In order to standardize the quality and proficiency of kindergarten teachers and strictly control career entrance,the Kindergarten Teachers’Qualification Examination in China has been carried out on the basis of the previous experimental work since 2015.Since its implementation,it has to some extent promoted the improvement of quality of preschool education in our country,and also unveiled the limitations in content,methods and management of examinations.It is critical to reconstruct professional curriculum system and optimize talent training program,and attach more importance on the assessment of profession and character,strengthen guidance of teaching practice,focus on the actual teaching ability,establish a complete and independent system of kindergarten teachers’qualifications,and highlight the professional characteristics of preschool education work,promoting the healthy development of kindergarten teachers in China step by step.
