摘要
提出了以业务需求为驱动、以分层分类为模式、以进阶提升为路径、以能力培养为结果、以素质能力为模型、以战略导向为目标的企业内训师建设思路,为推动企业内训师培养模式创新提供了借鉴。
This paper puts forward the construction plan of enterprise internal trainers driven by business demand and oriented at strategy of ability cultivation,it takes the mode of stratification and classification as well as quality and capability cultivation,which provides reference for promoting the innovation of enterprise internal trainer cultivation mode.
