Construction of Grassroots Party Branch in Vocational Colleges in the New Era

新时代对高职院校基层党支部建设提出了新使命、新要求和新作为。借鉴经济学中的内生增长理论,提出高职院校基层党支部建设的内生动力理论,认为党员干部的党性锻炼、个性塑造、人性关爱是提升党支部建设质量的核心要素,基层党支部通过加强政治建设和理论思想武装,使得支部全体党员的党性锻炼得到自觉加强、个性塑造充分展示自我、人性关爱得到极大彰显,进而使得党支部的战斗堡垒作用和党员的先锋模范作用被充分激发出来。基于该理论提出新时代加强高职院校基层党支部建设的思路和实施路径。

The new era puts forward new missions,new requirements and new achievements for the construction of grassroots party branch in vocational colleges.With reference to the endogenous growth theory in economics,this paper suggests the construction of the party branch based on this theory,believing that cadre party spirit exercise of party members,personality and humanity cultivation is a key element to promote the construction quality of party branch.By strengthening political construction and theoretical thought,all party member’s party spirit exercise is consciously strengthened,personality shaped and ego and humanity displayed.Therefor,the role of the party branch as fighting forts and party member’s role as pioneering role models is fully inspired.Based on the theory,the author puts forward the idea and approaches to implement the construction of party branches in the grass-roots level of vocational colleges in the new era.
