阐述了组织员制度的发展历程,分析了组织员在高职院校党建工作中的作用,剖析了高职院校组织员队伍建设的现状及存在的问题,从五个方面提出了加强高职院校组织员队伍建设的措施与办法。

College Organizers shoulder great responsibilities which are more demand in the new era.Their work quality and efficiency is of great practical significance to completion of fundamental task of building up a decent morality and cultivating people in vocational colleges.This paper expounds the development and changes of the system of organizers,analyses the role of organizers in Party building in vocational colleges,analyses the current situation and existing problems of the construction of the team of organizers in vocational colleges,and puts forward five feasible measures and solutions.
