中空纤维膜减压蒸馏焦化废水中氨氮的去除 被引量:4

摘要 研究了中空纤维膜蒸馏焦化废水中高浓度氨氮的去除,采用减压蒸馏的方法对焦化蒸氨废水进行氨氮分离,考察不同工艺条件下对氨氮分离的影响.实验结果表明,不同操作条件对于氨氮分离效率具有一定的影响,当调节焦化废水的pH为10.0,膜蒸馏操作条件在温度75.4℃、流速0.53 m/s、真空度0.07 MPa时氨氮分离效率达到85%;而膜组件运行4 h后膜通量变为原来的64%,壳程采用气体吹扫和管程采用酸碱溶液清洗的方法可使膜组件平均恢复到原来通量的90%以上. There was aimed to investigate applicability of the high concentration ammonia-nitrogen removal from coking wastewater through reduced pressure distillation with hollow fiber membrane in this paper.The reduced pressure distillation was applied in the present work for ammonia-nitrogen removal,the different operating parameters have been investigated on the effects of ammonia removal.The results showed that the different operating parameters had a certain effect on the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen.The rate of ammonia-nitrogen removal reached 85%when the pH value was adjusted 10 for coking wastewater,and the operating conditions of the membrane distillation were temperature at 75.4℃,flow velocity at 0.53 m/s,vacuum at 0.07 MPa.The membrane flux was changed to 64%after operation for about 4 hours because of membrane fouling,shell method using gas purge and piping using acid-base solution cleaning method can restore the membrane module to the original flux of more than 90%.
