大数据时代统计素养的内涵及其对基础教育课程改革的启示 被引量:2

The connotation of statistical literacy in the era of big data and its enlightenment to the curriculum reform of basic education

摘要 在大数据时代,统计素养越来越受到关注.然而,随着数据的变化和技术的发展,需要重新审视统计素养的内涵.在分析大数据时代公民对统计需求的新变化及回顾统计素养内涵的基础上,提出了统计素养的包容性定义.为了适应大数据时代的要求,基础教育课程需要以统计素养为核心目标,可以在以下几个方面对“统计与概率”内容进行改革:关注公民情境;适当引入开放数据;采用可视化软件;加强统计建模;渗透批判性评价和反思.研究结果为我国基础教育课程中“统计与概率”内容的修订提供参考. In the era of big data,more and more attention had been paid to statistical literacy.However,with the change of data and the development of technology,statistical literacy had been endowed with new connotations and should be re-examined.Based on analyzing the new change of citizens′demand for statistics in the era of big data and reviewing the connotation of statistical literacy,it was put forward the inclusive definition of statistical literacy.In order to adapt to the requirements of the era of big data,basic education curriculum were suggested to take statistical literacy as the core goal.The contents of statistics and probability could be reformed from the following aspects:focusing on civic context,appropriately introducing open data,using visualization software,strengthening statistical modeling,and infiltrating critical evaluation and reflection.The research results would provide a reference for the revision of"statistics and probability"in basic educational curriculum in China.
