基于数据挖掘技术分析李佃贵治疗便秘的用药规律

Regularity of Prof.Li Tiangui′s formulas for constipation based on data mining technology

目的通过使用中医传承辅助系统软件,总结李佃贵教授在治疗便秘病证属浊毒内蕴证的证候、四气五味归经及用药的规律。方法收集整理李佃贵教授门诊治疗便秘病的经验处方,通过将患者的基本信息依次录入中医传承辅助系统中,探索并分析便秘病证属浊毒内蕴证的证候特点及用药规律。结果90首处方中,最为常用的药物为枳实、大黄、厚朴、当归、川芎、瓜蒌、石膏、知母、乌药、藿香;药性大多为辛,苦、寒,主归脾、胃、大肠经;主要证候为大便偏干或黏腻不爽,胃脘部胀满,腹部隐痛,口干、口苦,心烦,乏力,纳少或纳呆,夜寐差,舌质暗红,苔黄腻。结论李佃贵教授治疗浊毒内蕴证的便秘病,治则为清热化湿、化浊解毒,具体以行气、化湿、清热、活血化瘀药组成,用药特色以辛开苦降为主,化湿与活血化瘀药为辅,两者相结合以祛浊毒。

Objective To investigate the regularities of Prof.Li Tiangui′s formula for constipation differentiated by internal accumulation of turbid-toxin from four properties,five flavors and channel entry by using the software of TCM Inheritance Auxiliary System.Methods Information of patients with constipation and their prescriptions by Prof.Li Tiangui were collected and recorded in the TCM Inheritance Auxiliary System,characteristics of symptoms and signs of internal accumulation of turbid-toxin and the regularities of formulas were analyzed.Results The most frequently used herbs in the included 90 formulas were Zhi Shi,Da Huang,Hou Po,Dang Gui,Chuan Xiong,Gua Lou,Shi Gao,Zhi Mu,Wu Yao and Huo Xiang;the properties and flavors were mainly pungent,bitter and cold and the channel entries were mainly spleen,stomach and large intestine.The main symptoms and signs were dry or sticky stool,distension and full sensation in the epigastric area,dull pain in the abdomen,dry mouth,bitter taste in the mouth,vexation,lack or strength,poor appetite or anorexia,poor sleep,dark red tongue,yellow greasy coating.Conclusion For treating constipation by Prof.Li,the therapeutic principles are clearing heat,resolving dampness,eliminating turbid and removing toxin,with herbs that move qi,resolve dampness,clear heat,activate blood and resolve stasis.The herbs are mainly pungency opening and bitter descending combined with herbs that resolve dampness,activate blood and resolve stasis to eliminate turbid-toxin.
