国医大师路志正调理脾胃法治疗儿科疾病3则

Three cases of Professor Lu Zhizheng in the treatment of pediatric diseases by regulating the spleen and stomach

路志正教授是我国首届国医大师,秉承传统中医的学术理论体系,具有丰富的临床经验,临证80载,学验俱丰,临床善于运用脾胃理论指导内科疾病及疑难杂症的治疗。路老将调理脾胃法引入小儿保育、康养及治疗方面,经过临床实践,积累了丰富的经验。文中仅介绍路老以调理脾胃法为主治疗幼儿唇风、郁证以及发热疾病的经验,突出路老以脾胃为中心灵活的辨证思路,强调脾胃的生理功能在儿科疾病治疗中的重要性。针对小儿“肝常有余、脾常不足”的生理特点,总结路老在儿科疾病中的诊疗经验,突出路老在辨证、选方、用药方面的独特思路,发挥中医传统儿科特色优势,努力继承老中医药专家的宝贵临床经验。

Professor Lu Zhizheng is the first batch of TCM Master named by the government.He inherits traditional Chinese medical theories,and has accumulated abundant experience with more than 80 years′clinical practice.He is good at applying spleen and stomach theory in the treatment of internal diseases and complicated diseases.Professor Lu introduces the theory of spleen and stomach regulation into child care and the treatment of pediatric diseases,and gains rich experience from clinic.This article introduces the treatment of exfoliative cheilitis,stagnation syndrome and fever diseases in children with spleen and stomach regulation and emphasizes the importance of spleen and stomach function in the treatment.It also summarizes the unique thought of Professor Lu in syndrome differentiation,medicinal usage,and formula selection which taking full consideration of the physical character of children,that is,“often excessive in liver and insufficient in spleen”.This article may help inheriting valuable experience of old TCM experts and taking advantages of TCM in the treatment of pediatric diseases.
