高压氧联合手厥阴经电刺激治疗脑外伤后昏迷患者的疗效、意识状态和生活质量评价

Efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen with electroacupuncture on pericardium meridian on consciousness state and quality of life in patients with coma after traumatic brain injury

目的探讨高压氧联合手厥阴经电刺激干预对脑外伤后昏迷患者意识状态和生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年11月—2018年1月期间收治的110例脑外伤昏迷患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组55例。对照组患者给予高压氧干预治疗,治疗组给予高压氧联合手厥阴经电刺激治疗,观察并比较两组病例的临床疗效、治疗前后的意识状态格拉斯哥昏迷量表(GCS)评分以及生活质量等指标。结果治疗组治疗后总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组GCS评分高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论高压氧联合手厥阴经电刺激干预能提高脑外伤后昏迷患者的临床疗效,改善患者的昏迷意识状态,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床上推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygen with electroacupuncture on pericardium meridian on consciousness state and quality of life in patients with coma after traumatic brain injury.Methods 110 patients with coma due to traumatic brain injury admitted in the hospital from November,2015 to January,2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 55 patients in each group.The control group were given electroacupuncture treatment on pericardium meridian,while the treatment group were additionally given hyperbaric oxygen.Efficacy,Glasgow coma scale(GCS)score,score of quality of life in both groups were compared after treatment.Results The treatment group had higher overall response rate,GCS score,score of quality of life than the control group with significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen with electroacupuncture on pericardium meridian can increase clinical effect,improve consciousness state,improve quality of life for patients with coma after traumatic brain injury,which is worthy of promotion.
