中医治未病“推拿干预小儿反复呼吸道感染”专家共识

Expert consensus on intervention in recurrent respiratory tract infection in children with Tuina guided by“treatment before its onset”in TCM

儿童反复呼吸道感染(RRTI)的发病率呈逐年升高的趋势。本病病因复杂,具有反复感染、迁延难愈的特点,容易导致多种并发症,且尚无有效疫苗和特效药物防治,不仅影响儿童的身心健康和生长发育,也给家长和国家带来了较重的经济及精神负担,因此对本病的防治已成为当前儿科工作者的当务之急。推拿疗法是一种外治法,在临床治疗及预防保健方面应用广泛,对反复呼吸道感染的患儿进行推拿手法的干预,能够调整小儿脏腑、气血、经络功能,达到防病、治病的目的,同时可以避免长期服药的痛苦和副作用。本共识为2015年国家中医药管理局立项、中华中医药学会组织,在中医临床诊疗指南制修订专家总指导组和儿科专家指导组的指导、监督下实施,采用循证医学的方法,经过多次专家论证,并结合临床评价,最后经中医标准化技术委员会审查成稿。

Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection(RRTI)in Children,with an increasing incidence in recent years,has a complicated pathogenesis,and may occur repeatedly or periodically and lead to various complications.Whereas,there is no effective vaccine or drug for the disease,which may not only influence the physical and mental health,physical development of children,but also put a financial and mental burden on families.Thus,it is an urgent issue to be resolved for the pediatricians.Tuina therapy,as an external treatment,is widely used in clinical practice and health preserving.RRTI in children can be intervened by manipulations of Tuina,which can regulate zang-fu organs,qi and blood,channels and collaterals in children for prevention and treatment of the disease,and thus can protect children from the sufferings and adverse reactions of long-term use of drugs.This consensus document was approved in 2015 by the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine,organized by the Chinese Medical Association,guided and supervised by experts of general and pediatric steering groups of guidelines on TCM diagnosis and treatment.It adopted the approach of evidence-based medicine,combined with clinical evaluation,experienced many discussions of experts and finally reviewed by the TCM Standardization Committee.
