摘要
通过将预制浆体运输至现场、在现场发泡混合的方法制备预拌现浇泡沫混凝土,试验研究不同水灰质量比和发泡时间下预拌现浇泡沫混凝土的抗压强度、吸水率、导热系数等性能,探讨现浇泡沫混凝土性能最优的组分及矿物掺合料对预拌现浇泡沫混凝土性能的影响。结果表明:水灰质量比为0.35、发泡时间为3 min时,预拌现浇泡沫混凝土的抗压强最高,但发泡时间为4 min,其导热系数最低;钢渣粉和粉煤灰掺入量分别为20%(质量分数)时,现浇泡沫混凝土的性能最优,且掺入粉煤灰时的性能较不掺粉煤灰均有提高。
Through the transportation of precast slurry to site and in-situ foaming and mixing,the ready mixed cast-in-place foam concrete was prepared.The compressive strength,water absorption and thermal conductivity of ready mixed cast-in-place foam concrete under different water cement mass ratios and foaming times were tested and studied.The optimum component of cast-in-place foam concrete and the influence of mineral admixtures on the properties of the cast-in-place foam concrete were discussed.The results show that when the mass ratio of water cement is 0.35 and the foaming time is 3 min,the compressive strength of ready mixed cast-in-place foam concrete is the highest,but the foaming time is 4 min,and its thermal conductivity is the lowest.When the steel slag powder and fly ash mix amount is respectively 20%(mass fraction),the performance of cast-in-place foam concrete is the best,and the performance of adding pulverized coal fly ash is better than that of not adding pulverized coal ash.
