摘要
随着用户对情感体验的日益关注,对用户需求的精准预测已经成为设计中创新的关键。行为和体验将是交互设计的着力点,人们使用产品时的直觉体验正是人性化设计的直接体现。本文通过阐述直觉设计的特点,分析研究了直觉体验在交互设计发展与演变过程中的作用。通过对具体互联网产品案例的分析,总结出直觉体验下的反馈机制、直觉体验下的决策机制和直觉体验下的引流机制三种交互设计策略,指出直觉将引导人机交互设计变革,关注直觉体验将更加有效地唤醒用户的情感记忆,进一步提升用户的使用感受。
With the increasing attention to user emotional experience, accurate prediction of user needs has become the key to innovation in the design process. People’s behavior and experience have become the focus of interaction design, and the intuitive experience when using products is the direct embodiment of humanized design. This paper expounds the characteristics of intuitive design and analyzes the role of intuitive experience in the development and evolution of interactive design. Through the analysis of specific cases, this paper summarizes the interactive design strategy of continuous exception handling, intuitive decision-making and operation, and guided human-computer interaction of Internet products. It is proposed that intuition will lead to the change of human-computer interaction design, and paying attention to intuitive experience will more effectively awaken user’s emotional memories and upgrade user’s feeling.
