MicroRNA在动物机体肥胖-脂肪代谢调控中的研究

摘要 肥胖诱发多种疾病,危害机体健康。miRNAs参与脂肪生成、分化、代谢过程,调节机体肥胖。基于物种差异性,通过列举miRNAs在猪、牛、小鼠、人类等不同动物机体内脂肪代谢的调控作用,综述miRNAs对动物机体肥胖的调控影响及相关研究进展。 Obesity induced various diseases,and endangered the health of the body.miRNAs were involved in the process of lipogenesis,differentiation and metabolism,and body obesity was regulated.Based on species diversity,the regulatory effect of miRNAs on fat metabolism in pig,bovine,mice,human and other animals was listed,and the regulatory effect of miRNAs on animal body obesity and related research process were reviewed.
