中医思维的内涵与外延

中医的难学难懂难以复刻,在于其自身独特的难以把握的思维,要解决这一问题便需要对中医思维进行充分挖掘和辨析,探求其深刻内涵和外延。文章从思维到中医思维的认知论起,逐层挖掘剖析,总结出中医思维的内涵为整体观念,主要表现在人体的空间整体、天人合一和时间整体3个方面,其外延主要应用体现于中医各学科中,如中医基础理论、中医诊断学、中药学、方剂学、中医内科学等。准确把握中医思维是理解、传承和发展中医的关键。

It was difficult to understand and reproduce traditional Chinese medicine because of its unique and hard to grasp thinking.To solve this problem,we should fully explore and analyze the thinking of traditional Chinese medicine,and explore its profound connotation and extension.From the cognitive theory of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper analyzed and summarized the connotation of thinking of traditional Chinese medicine as a whole concept,which was mainly manifested in the three aspects of the whole space of the human body,the unity of man and nature and the whole time.Its extension was mainly applied in various disciplines of traditional Chinese medicine,such as basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese medicine,prescriptions,internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine,and so on.It was the key to understand,inherit and develop TCM to grasp TCM thinking accurately.
