中西医思维模式及临床诊疗过程的相通之处

Similarities between thinking mode and clinical diagnosis and treatment process of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine

中西医结合研究己经在我国开展了60余年,但尚未达到真正意义上的结合,需要我们探索中西医学临床思维的相通及不同之处,使两种医学体系做到差异互补,优势集成,使其理论相互渗透,方法彼此借鉴,最终达到融会贯通、有机结合,提高临床诊疗水平。文章总结了中西医学思维模式相通之处,内容涉及入院查体、问诊、诊断疾病到治疗各个方面,讨论思维模式及临床诊疗的异同点,希望能对临床中西医结合医师的诊疗思路起到启示作用,为中西医结合理论的发展提供理论基础。

The research on the integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine has been carried out in China for more than 60 years,but it has not reached a real sense of integration.We need to explore the similarities and differences between the clinical thinking of traditional Chinese and western medicine,so that the two medical systems can complement each other’s differences,integrate their advantages,make their theories penetrate each other,learn from each other’s methods,and finally achieve a comprehensive and organic combination,and improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment.This paper summed up the similarities between the thinking mode of traditional Chinese and western medicine,content involve the aspects of physical examination,consultation,disease diagnosis and treatment,discussed the similarities and differences of thinking mode and clinical diagnosis and treatment,hoping to play an enlightening role in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of doctors with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,and provide a theoretical basis for the development of the theory of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.
