海派中医妇科名家消癥通经特色与经验浅述

Characteristics and experience of eliminating zheng and promoting menstruation by Shanghai school gynecologist of traditional Chinese medicine

海派中医妇科流派众多,名家荟萃。除较有名望之妇科流派医家外,一些妇科名家如李祥云、俞瑾、曹玲仙、戴德英、归绥琪、孙卓君、朱南孙、蔡小荪等均对癥瘕的治疗有独到的经验。中医癥瘕的范畴很广,文章主要针对名家治疗癥瘕导致的闭经、月经不调等症状进行经验归纳分析。通过查阅文献及跟师抄方,就海派中医妇科部分名家治疗癥瘕之学术经验进行初步整理,归纳各家经验与特色,以期更好的指导中医临床工作者。

There are many schools and famous experts of gynecology in Shanghai school of traditional Chinese medicine.In addition to the more prestigious gynecologists,some gynecologists such as LI Xiang-yun,YU Jin,CAO Ling-xian,DAI De-ying,GUI Sui-qi,and SUN Zhuo-jun have unique experience in the treatment of zhengjia.The scope of zhengjia in traditional Chinese medicine is very wide.This article mainly summarized and analyzed the experience of famous experts in treating zhengjia such as amenorrhea and irregular menstruation caused by symptoms.By consulting literature and copying prescriptions from teachers,this paper preliminarily collated the academic experience of some famous Chinese gynecologists of Shanghai school in the treatment of zhengjia and regulate menstruation,and summed up the experience and characteristics of each family in order to better guide the clinical workers of Chinese medicine.
