基于电子鼻的热证患者口腔呼气的气味图谱特征分析 被引量:9

Analysis of the odor response pattern characteristics of oral exhalation in patients of heat syndrome based on electronic nose

摘要 目的:探讨基于电子鼻的热证患者口腔呼气的气味图谱特征,为热证的诊疗提供客观依据,为嗅诊客观化提供基础研究。方法:收集284例热证患者、172例非热证患者和110例健康者的四诊信息并运用电子鼻采集口腔呼气的气味图谱,选取气味图谱响应曲线的振幅和斜率作为图谱特征参数,研究热证患者口腔呼气的气味图谱特征。结果:①振幅特征:热证患者谱响应曲线A、H的振幅显著低于健康者(P<0.01),曲线B、C、D、E、G、J的振幅显著高于健康者(P<0.01),曲线G的振幅高于非热证患者(P<0.05)。②斜率特征:热证患者图谱响应曲线A、F、G、H的斜率显著低于健康者(P<0.01,P<0.05),曲线C、J的斜率显著高于健康者(P<0.01),曲线G的斜率低于非热证患者(P<0.05)。③Fisher判别分析:在振幅特征上,对热证和健康者、热证和非热证患者的识别准确率分别为86.55%、60.96%;在斜率特征上的识别准确率分别为84.52%、58.11%。结论:运用电子鼻可以对热证患者口腔呼气的气味图谱作出辨识,为热证的临床诊断提供参考。 Objective:To explore the odor response pattern of oral exhalation in patients of heat syndrome based on electronic nose,to provide an objective basis for the diagnosis and treatment of heat syndrome,and to provide basic research for the objectification of olfactory diagnosis.Methods:Four diagnostic information of 284 patients of heat syndrome,172 patients of non-heat syndrome and 110 healthy subjects were collected.The odor response pattern of oral exhalation was collected by electronic nose,and the amplitude and slope of the response curve of odor map were selected as the characteristic parameters of the map.To study the odor response pattern characteristics of oral exhalation in patients of heat syndrome.Results:①Amplitude characteristics:The amplitudes of the response curves A and H of the patients of heat syndrome were significantly lower than those of healthy subjects (P<0.01),and the amplitudes of curves B,C,D,E,G,and J were significantly higher than those of healthy subjects (P<0.01),the amplitude of curve G was higher than that of non-heat syndrome patients (P<0.05).②Slope characteristics:The slopes of the curve response curves A,F,G,and H of the patients of heat syndrome were significantly lower than those of healthy subjects (P<0.01,P<0.05),and the slopes of curves C and J were significantly higher than those of healthy subjects (P<0.01).The slope of curve G was lower than that of non-heat syndrome patients (P<0.05).③Fisher discriminant analysis:In the amplitude characteristics,the recognition accuracy rates for heat syndrome and healthy,heat syndrome and non-heat syndrome patients were 86.55% and 60.96%,respectively;the recognition accuracy on the slope characteristics were 84.52% and 58.11%,respectively.Conclusion:The use of electronic nose can identify the odor response pattern of oral exhalation in patients of heat syndrome,and provide reference for the clinical diagnosis of heat syndrome.
