林洪生固本清源理论指导下的恶性肿瘤“五治”治疗经验

LIN Hong-sheng’s treatment experience of ‘Wuzhi’ in malignant tumor under the guidance of the Guben Qingyuan theory

林洪生教授从事中西医结合防治恶性肿瘤的基础与临床工作40余年,在余桂清等老一辈专家"扶正固本"理论的指导下,林教授结合多年的临床经验以及循证医学研究,进一步提出"固本清源"的思想,并将治疗恶性肿瘤的方法浓缩为"五治五养",其中"五治"指的是中医防护治疗,中医加载治疗,中医巩固治疗,中医维持治疗,单纯中医治疗。文章介绍了林教授"五治"的内容,为林教授临床经验与学术思想的传承提供参考。

Professor LIN Hong-sheng has accumulated rich clinical experience in the foundation and clinical work of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine against malignant tumor for more than 40 years.Under the guidance of the theory of ‘Fuzheng Guben (supporting the healthy energy)’ from older oncologists,such as YU Gui-qing,professor LIN further proposed the idea of Guben Qingyuan (consolidate the foundation and clear the source) in combination with years of clinical experience and evidence-based medical research and summarized the method of treating malignant tumors as ‘Wuzhi Wuyang (five treatments and rehabilitation)’.‘Wuzhi’ included protecting treatment,loading treatment,consolidating treatment,maintaining treatment and syndrome differentiation treatment.This article introduces professor LIN’s content of ‘Wuzhi’ and provides reference for inheriting professor LIN’s clinical experience and academic thought.
