从心-肾-子宫轴论治滑胎 被引量:10

Discussion on the treatment of habitual abortion from heart-kidney-uterus axis

摘要 滑胎是妊娠期的常见疾病。随着生活节奏加快,精神压力增加,再次妊娠后发生自然流产几率可高达70%~80%,严重影响了患者的身心健康和家庭幸福。夏桂成教授提出心-肾-子宫轴学说,认为女性生理生殖活动均与心肾有着直接的关联。文章主要通过以下4个方面阐明心肾与滑胎之间的关系:肾虚为发病之根本,心神不宁为发病之诱因,心肾失交为发病之中心环节,心肾交合离不开肝脾气血升降的调节。探究发病机制,强调防治滑胎需重视心-肾-子宫轴的调节,更好地指导临床实践。 Habitual abortion is a common disease during pregnancy.With the acceleration of life rhythm and the increase of mental pressure,the probability of spontaneous abortion after the second pregnancy can reach 70%~80%.This has seriously influenced the physical and mental health of patients and their family happiness.Professor XIA Gui-cheng put forward the theory of heart-kidney-uterine axis,which holds that female physiological and reproductive activities are directly related to heart and kidney.This article mainly elaborates the relationship between heart-kidney and habitual abortion from the following four aspects:kidney deficiency is the root of the disease,heart and spirit uneasy is the induced factor of the disease,disharmony between heart and kidney is the central link of the disease,intercourse between heart and kidney can not be separated from the regulation of liver,spleen,qi-blood ascending and descending movement.By exploring the pathogenesis,we try to emphasize a point of view that pay more attention to the regulation of the heart-kidney-uterus axis in the prevention and treatment of habitual abortion,in order to better guide clinical practice.
