范永升运用“痛随利减”理论治疗急性痛风经验

FAN Yong-sheng’s experience in treating acute gout with the theory of ‘pain reduced by diarrhea’

"痛随利减"有广义和狭义之分,广义的"痛随利减"泛指运用一切能够通经活络的方法疏通经络,经络通利则疼痛去矣。狭义的"痛随利减"是指通过"攻下"的方法止痛。笔者在总结范永升教授治疗痛风经验的基础上形成的经验方"清热利湿方",通过清热利湿通络止痛,充分体现了广义的通利法。范永升教授治疗急性痛风常用药物山慈菇含有秋水仙碱,有通利的作用,是"通下治痛"这一治法的最好体现。广义和狭义的"痛随利减"都在范永升教授治疗急性痛风中得到体现。范永升教授运用"痛随利减"理论治疗急性痛风行之有效。

There is a broad and narrow sense with ‘pain reduced by diarrhea’.In the broad sense,it refers to use all of methods to clear the meridians,and pain will gone when meridian is smooth.The narrow sense refers to pain relief through purgation method.The empirical prescription of Qingre Lishi Formula was formed on the basis of summarizing professor FAN Yong-sheng’s experience in treating gout.Through clearing heat and promoting dieresis to clear collaterals and relieve pain,it fully embodies the broad sense of purgation method.The commonly used drug Shitake mushroom contains colchicine has the function of purgation which was used by professor FAN Yong-sheng in the treatment of acute gout.It was the best embodiment of ‘pain reduced by diarrhea’.Both the broad sense and the narrow sense are reflected in the treatment of acute gout by professor FAN.The theory of ‘pain reduced by diarrhea’ used by professor FAN Yong-sheng in treatingacute gout was effective.
