基于“动-定序贯”理论辨治皮肤瘙痒症

Treatment of skin pruritus based on dynamic-stable and sequential theory

皮肤瘙痒症属于中医"风瘙痒、痒风、血风疮"范畴。范冠杰教授认为本病病因病机复杂,五脏皆可致痒。五脏内伤为其发病核心,引起机体气血阴阳失调,继发客邪外入。通过抓主症以辨证,善用药串,令五脏平、气血调、阴阳和,正气存内则邪不可干。运用"动-定序贯"理论从整体恒动观出发,不僵化于单一病机证候,灵活察因审机辨证,治法方药,随证而动,主次分明,有序连贯,临床每获良效。

Skin pruritus belongs to the category of ‘wind itching,itching wind,blood wind sore’ in Chinese medicine.Professor FAN Guan-jie believes that the etiology and pathogenesis is very complicated,and five internal organs can all cause itching.Internal injury of five organs is the core of the disease,causing the dysfunction of qi,blood,yin and yang in the human,bringing about external infection of evil factors.By grasping the main symptoms to differentiate syndrome and using the medicine string,it makes the five internal organs balanced,qi and blood adequate,yin and yang harmonious,then healthy qi inside can resist evil qi and defend the body.The dynamic-stable and sequential theory is used to proceed from the overall concept of constant motion,not rigid in a single pathogenesis syndrome,but flexibly grasp the cause and pathogenesis and differentiate syndrome.The treatment method and prescription change with syndrome,are orderly and coherent.The primary and secondary points are clear,thus having significant clinical effect.
