Regulating Sanjiao,resuscitating and regulating mind in the acupuncture treatment experience of myasthenia gravis

根据三焦与气血精津液、脏腑的生理病理联系,提出"三焦不通"是重症肌无力的病机。针对病因病机、伴发的情绪问题和"治未病" 理论,提出"醒脑调神、通调三焦"的针刺治则,该法可有效改善重症肌无力患者的临床症状,为治疗重症肌无力提供了更广阔的思路。

According to the physiological and pathological relationship between Sanjiao and qi,blood,essence,fluid,zang-fu,the pathogenesis of myasthenia gravis is that ‘Sanjiao blocked’.In view of the etiology,pathogenesis,combined sleep disorders and the theory of ‘preventive treatment of disease’,this paper put forward the acupuncture treatment principle of ‘regulating Sanjiao,resuscitating and regulating mind’,which could effectively improve clinical symptoms of patients with myasthenia gravis and provide a broader idea for the treatment of myasthenia gravis.
