多发性骨髓瘤骨髓微环境“肾虚”本质的探讨与思考

Discussion and thinking on essence of ‘kidney deficiency’ in bone marrow microenvironment of multiple myeloma

多发性骨髓瘤(MM)是血液系统恶性肿瘤,病因未明,治疗棘手。随着分子生物学的迅猛发展,大量研究转向MM骨髓微环境,企图从细胞因子、信号通路等方面揭示MM的病理机制,进而寻找治疗上的突破口。中医认为"肾主骨生髓","肾虚"为其根本病机,补肾壮骨中药治疗MM效佳。提示中医"肾虚"病机可能与MM骨髓微环境失调类似,通过从MM骨髓微环境切入,探讨其中医"肾虚"病机的本质,以期为临床指导中医药靶向抗骨髓瘤提供一定参考。

Multiple myeloma (MM) is a malignant tumor of the blood system with unknown etiology and difficult to treat.With the rapid development of molecular biology,a large number of studies have turned to the microenvironment of MM,in order to reveal the pathological mechanism of MM from the aspects of cytokines,signal pathways and so on,so as to find a breakthrough to treat it.TCM holds the view that ‘kidney controls bone and marrow’,‘kidney deficiency’ is the underlying pathogenesis.The effects of Chinese medicine for tonifying kidney and strengthening bones on MM is better.It is suggested that the pathogenesis of ‘kidney deficiency’ in TCM may be similar to bone marrow microenvironment disorder in MM.The essential pathogenesis of ‘kidney deficiency’ in TCM is discussed based on the microenvironment of bone marrow in MM,to provide some reference for targeting anti-multiple myeloma with traditional Chinese medicine.
