摘要
文章对中药在反复自然流产(RSA)中的应用现状进行了分析,着重探讨了中药治疗RSA的疗效和安全性,认为中药与西药联用对治疗流产和减轻流产症状是有效的,而中药单用的效果无明确证据支持。关于中药对母体及胎儿的不良反应的研究缺乏,尚不能得出中药对孕妇及胎儿的安全性的有力证据。故需要更多的随机对照试验及更为科学的证据来证实中药治疗流产的有效性及安全性。
The efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) was emphatically discussed in this article.It was considered that the combination of TCM and western medicine was effective in treating abortion and alleviating the symptoms of abortion,but there was no clear evidence to support the effects of single use of TCM on RSA.There was less research on the adverse reaction of TCM on pregnant women and fetus,so no strong evidence to certify the safety of TCM on abortion treatment.More randomized controlled trials were needed to supply more scientific evidence to the use of TCM on RSA.Placebo controlled trials were necessary to confirm the effectiveness of TCM in the treatment of abortion.
