构建新的三因司天方临床运用技术方案的思考

Reflections on constructing a new technical scheme for the clinical application of the Sanyin Sitian Decoction

三因司天方是按照五运六气理论指导组方、临床应用的代表性方剂。但是在临床运用三因司天方等运气方时,依据时间推演处方的方法,直观上忽略了患者本身的体质状态和症状特征,而使得临床医师心存疑虑和困惑。需要构建一种新的基于临床特征,围绕运气思维核心,正确使用三因司天方治疗疾病的技术方案。文章基于《黄帝内经》理论,提出了以患者体质及疾病症状为基础,以风、热、火、湿、燥、寒病理特点为纽带,联系临床特征与五运六气思维核心,构建一种新的临床运气治疗学的技术方案。具有一定的创新性和可行性。

The Sanyin Sitian Decoctions are the representative prescriptions of composition and clinical application based on the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors.However,in the clinical the methods of useing the Sanyin Sitian Decoction according to the time ignored the patient’s own physical state and symptom characteristics.It make the clinician have doubts and confusion.So it is necessary to construct a new technology scheme based on clinical characteristics,around the core of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors’s thinking,and correctly using the Sanyin Sitian Decoction to treat diseases.Based on the theory of Huangdi Neijing,it establish a new technical solution for clinical five evolutive phases and six climatic factors’s therapy with the basic of patient’s constitution and disease symptoms,the ties of pathological characteristics of wind,heat,fire,dampness,dryness and cold,and the core of contacting five evolutive phases and six climatic factor’s thinking and clinical features.This is innovative and feasible.
