慢性糜烂性胃炎为消化科常见病、多发病,近年来随着胃镜检查的普及、饮食方式的改变及生活压力的增加,发病率呈逐年上升趋势,严重影响患者的生活质量。现代医学以抑酸、保护胃黏膜及根除幽门螺杆菌药物治疗为主,但疗效不佳且有一定的不良反应。因此,寻找一种有效、不良反应较少的治疗方法为当前研究的热点。中医治疗本病有独特的认识和优势,对本病的研究也取得了很大的进展,文章就中医治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎的研究概况作出综述,以供参考。

Chronic erosive gastritis is a common and frequently occurring disease in the digestive department.In recent years,with the popularity of gastroscopy,changes in diet and increased life pressure,the incidence of chronic gastritis has been increasing,which has seriously affected the quality of life of patients.Modern medicine focuses on acid inhibition,gastric mucosa protection and helicobacter pylori eradication,but receives poor effect and has certain adverse reactions.Therefore,it has become a hot topic in current research to find an effective treatment with fewer side effects.Fortunately,the treatment of this disease by traditional Chinese medicine has its unique advantages,and the research on this disease has made great progress.This paper summarizes the research on the treatment of chronic gastritis with erosion by traditional Chinese medicine for reference.
