《素问·骨空论》中膝痛辨证治疗浅析

膝痛属临床的常见病症,多属中医"痹症"范畴,历代医家对此症治疗认识颇深,治疗手段也是特色鲜明。《素问·骨空论》最早记录了膝痛较为完整的辨经与辨构论治,实为当时从解剖层面上的评估诊断与治疗的雏形,是古人在长期临床实践中总结下来的宝贵经验。文章对其中内容加以归纳整理,为今后的理论研究提供借鉴,对提高临床疗效有一定的指导意义。

As a common disease in the clinic,knee pain mostly belongs to the category of ‘arthralgia syndrome’ in TCM.Doctors of past dynasties had a deep understanding of the treatment,and the methods were also distinctive.The meridian and structure differentiation treatment of knee pain was firstly recorded in the Suwen·Gukong Lun.It was the embryonic form of evaluation,diagnosis and treatment from the anatomical level at that time,which was valuable experiences from long-term clinical practice of ancients.The paper is the arrangement of the content,which provides a reference for future theoretical research and has certain guiding significance for improving clinical efficacy.
