Brief analysis of the dietetic restraint in traditional Chinese medicine

中医忌口是临床治疗的补充手段,对饮食指导、疾病管理具有很高的应用价值,但目前对中医忌口的认识不足甚至存在诸多误解。为客观阐释中医忌口的内涵,澄清各种误区,文章就中医忌口的概念、渊源、理论基础及临床应用现状等展开阐述,以期为正确认识忌口提供信息基础;并就中医忌口临床研究设计中的优势和局限,结合具体特点探讨解决之道,以便挖掘中医忌口真实的科学价值,反馈临床。亦盼抛砖引玉,为中医忌口临床决策转化提供一些启示,推动中医忌口理论及应用发展。

Dietetic restraint in traditional Chinese medicine is a supplementary means of clinical treatment,which has a high application value for diet guidance and disease management.However,there are many misunderstandings about it.In order to objectively explain the connotation of dietetic restraint in traditional Chinese medicine and clarify various misunderstandings,this paper expounds the concept,origin,theoretical basis and clinical application of dietetic restraint in traditional Chinese medicine,in order to provide information basis for correct understanding of dietetic restraint.According to the advantages and limitations in the clinical research design of dietetic restraint in traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the specific characteristics,this paper discusses the solutions so as to tap the real scientific value of dietetic restraint in traditional Chinese medicine and feed back the clinical practice.Furthermore,we hope this thesis may provide some enlightenment for the transformation of clinical decision-making of dietetic restraint in traditional Chinese medicine,and could promote the development of the theory and application of dietetic restraint in traditional Chinese medicine.
