华佗救心丸抗心肌缺血及活血化瘀作用的初步药效研究

Preliminary pharmacodynamics on effects of Kyushin pills on myocardial ischemia and promoting blood circulation to remove stasis

目的观察华佗救心丸的活血化瘀及抗心肌缺血作用。方法实验分为假手术组,模型组,华佗救心丸低、中、高剂量组和阳性药物心通口服液对照组。采用结扎冠状动脉制备大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,观察华佗救心丸对大鼠心电图、梗死面积和血清酶的影响;皮下注射肾上腺素加冰水浴造大鼠血瘀模型,观察血液流变学指标的变化及抗血栓形成作用。结果华佗救心丸对结扎冠状动脉所致心肌缺血心电图有较好的改变作用,亦可缩小梗死面积,降低心肌缺血大鼠血清中乳酸脱氢酶和磷酸肌酸激酶,其作用随剂量的增加而加强;同时可改善大鼠血液流变学指标的变化,明显抑制大鼠血栓形成。结论华佗救心丸对心肌缺血有明显的保护作用,并具有良好的活血化瘀功效。

Objective To determine the effects of Kyushin pills on myocardial ischemia and promoting blood circulation to remove stasis. Methods The experiment consisted of 6 groups: a sham-operated group, a model control group, a low, middle, and high dose group of Kyushin pills, and a positive drug control group of Xintong oral solution. The rat model of acute myocardium ischemia was induced by ligating the coronary artery. The effects of Kyushin pills on the electrocardiogram, infarct size and serum enzyme in the rats were observed. The rat model of blood stasis was induced by subcutaneous injection of adrenaline after ice water bath, and the changes of hemodynamic indexes and the antithrombotic effect were observed. Results Kyushin pills changed the myocardial ischemia electrocardiogram caused by coronary artery ligation. It also reduced the infarct size and the serum LDH and CPK in the rats with myocardial ischemia, which improved with the increase of dosage. It also improved the change of hemodynamic index of rats and obviously inhibited the formation of thrombus. Conclusion Kyushin pills has obvious protective effect on the myocardial ischemia, and may promote the blood circulation to remove stasis.
