摘要
目的研究伸筋草Lycopodii Herba(石松Lycopodium japonicum的全草)的化学成分。方法采用大孔吸附树脂、Sephadex HW-40C柱色谱及半制备高效液相色谱等分离方法对伸筋草75%乙醇提取物的正丁醇萃取部位进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果分离鉴定了12个化合物,其中色原酮类3个、苯丙素类4个、酚性化合物2个、呋喃类1个、生物碱类1个、环烯醚萜苷类1个,分别为cimifugin(1)、5-O-methylvisamminol(2)、4’-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-5-O-methylvisamminol(3)、erythro-guaiacylglycerol(4)、threo-guaiacylglycerol(5)、ficuscarpanoside A(6)、对羟基苯丙酸甲酯(7)、4-羟基苯乙酮(8)、对羟基苯甲醇(9)、2,5-furandimethanol(10)、adenine(11)和geniposide(12)。结论化合物1~12均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物1~3、11和12为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To determine the chemical constituents in the Lycopodii Herba. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified from the high polarity part of 75% aqueous ethanol extract of Lycopodii Herba by microporous resin, Sephadex HW-40 C, and Prep-HPLC chromatographic methods. Their structures were elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectroscopic methods. Results Twelve compounds were isolated from the n-BuOH fraction of 75% aqueous ethanol extract of Lycopodii Herba. Those compounds were identified as cimifugin(1), 5-O-methylvisamminol(2), 4’-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-5-O-methylvisamminol(3), erythro-guaiacylglycerol(4), threo-guaiacylglycerol(5), ficuscarpanoside A(6), methyl 3-(4-hydroxyphenyl) propionate(7), 4-hydroxyacetophenone(8), p-hydroxybenzyl alcohol(9), 2, 5-furandimethanol(10), adenine(11), and geniposide(12). Conclusion Compounds 1-12 have been isolated from this plant for the first time, and compounds 1-3, 11 and 12 isolated from genus Lycopodium for the first time.
