摘要
为了探讨身体成分与动脉硬化风险因素之间的关系,并探究中老年人群动脉硬化监控过程中身体成分的有效监控指标,笔者选取在北京体育大学运动与体质健康教育部重点实验室体测的具有北京市户口、年龄在40-69岁之间的607名中老年人,通过询问得出年龄、性别等一般性特征指标,运用InBody 720人体成分分析仪测试身体成分,采用OMRON BP-203RPEⅢ动脉硬化检测装置检测baPWV和ABI值,采用Excel2010和SPSS 21.0软件对数据进行分析和处理。结果如下:(1)体重正常组、隐性肥胖组和肥胖组的baPWV值有显著性差异(P<0.05),ABI值差异较小,但无显著性(P>0.05);(2)三组间的动脉硬化异常率有显著性差异(P<0.05);(3)在几项身体成分指标中,只有身体成分二维评价值和内脏脂肪面积指数对动脉硬化指标的评价值有影响。研究得出以下结论:与其他身体成分指标相比,BMI和F%综合的身体成分二维评价方法,结合内脏脂肪面积指数更适合作为肥胖的亚表型指标,用于监控中老年人群的动脉硬化。
To explore the relationship between body composition and risk factors of atherosclerosis,and to explore the effective monitoring indicators of body composition in the monitoring process of atherosclerosis in middle-aged and elderly people,a total of 607 middle-aged and elderly people aged 40-69 years with Beijing household registration were selected in the Key Laboratory of the Ministry of Sports and Physical Health Education of Beijing Sports University for physical examination.The general characteristics of age and sex were obtained by inquiry,body composition was tested by InBody 720 Human Component Analysis Instrument,and the values of PWV and ABI were detected by OMRON BP-203RPE III arteriosclerosis detection device,the data were analyzed and processed by Excel 2010 and SPSS 21.0 software.The results are as follows:1)There was a significant difference of the baPWV values of the normal weight group,recessive obesity group and obesity group(P<0.05),there was a difference of the ABI values,but there was no significant difference;2)There was a significant difference in the abnormal rate of atherosclerosis among the three groups(P<0.05);3)Among several body composition indexes,only two-dimensional evaluation value of body composition and visceral fat area index have influence on the evaluation value of arteriosclerosis indexes.The conclusion is:compared with other body composition indicators,BMI and F%comprehensive two-dimensional body composition assessment combined with visceral fat area index is more suitable for monitoring arteriosclerosis in middle-aged and elderly people as a sub phenotype index of obesity.
