某校大学生手机依赖现状调查及影响因素分析

The Investigation and Analysis of Smartphone Addiction among College Students

为了研究大学生手机依赖现状及其影响因素,随机抽取浙江省某高校570名在校生进行大学生智能手机成瘾量表(SAS-C)和使用行为方式问卷调查。结果显示:量表在戒断行为、突显行为、APP更新以及总分上,女生得分显著高于男生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。将总分值从低到高排序,得分前33%为低分组,后33%为高分组,高分组在手机阅读、通讯、游戏及工作日和节假日平均使用手机时间均高于低分组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),高分组与低分组在手机视频和手机学习方面无明显差异(P>0.05)。大学生手机依赖日益严重,学校、家庭、社会应高度重视并加强健康管理。

To investigate the college students'smartphone addiction and analyze its influencing factors,570 students from a university in Zhejiang province were randomly selected to fill in the questionnaires of Smartphone Addiction Scale for College Students(SAS-C)and Usage Behavior of Smartphone.The results showed that the scores of female students were significantly higher than those of male students about withdrawal behavior,salience behavior,renewal of application(APP)and the total scores(P<0.05).The total scores were ranked from low to high.The former 33%of the scale was low score group and the latter 33%was high score group.The high score group in mobile reading,communication and game were higher than the low score group.The high score group spent more time on smartphone on weekdays and holidays than the low score group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in video and learning by smartphone be tween the high score group and the low score group(P>0.05).The increasingly serious smartphone addiction among the college students should be paid highly attention,so the school,family and society should strengthen the students'health management.
