基于壳聚糖衍生物的固-固相变材料制备及表征

摘要 将经过超微化预处理的壳聚糖材料分散在含有纳米二氧化钛的过量油酸中,在抽真空条件下进行壳聚糖的N-酰基化反应,在壳聚糖的大分子主链上接枝油酸侧链,用一种绿色环保的方法制备了壳聚糖-g-油酸固-固相变材料。对产物进行红外光谱、X射线衍射、差示扫描量热、热重分析表征。结果表明:油酸分子通过酰胺键接枝在壳聚糖分子链上,接枝产物获得了可逆的固-固相变性质;升温过程中在16.8℃出现吸热峰,热焓值为3.7 J/g;降温过程中在1.9℃出现放热峰,热焓值为5.2 J/g。该材料可望用于储能材料及医用材料。 Chitosan-g-oleic acid solid-solid phase change material was prepared by N-acylation reaction under vacuum conditions and grafting side chains of oleic acid into the main macromolecule of chitosan with ultramicro pretreated Chitosan dispersed in excessive oleic acid containingnano-titanium dioxide. This method goes green and environmental protection.Characterization of the products was achieved via FTIR, XRD, DSC and TG technique. Results show that the products obtained by grafting oleic acid molecules onto the molecular chain of chitosan via amido bond have reversible solid-solid phase change properties;the endothermic peak of heating process was 16.8 ℃ with heat enthalpy value of 3.7 J/g, and the exothermic peak of cooling process was 1.9 ℃ with heat enthalpy value of 5.2 J/g. The products are expected to be used as energy storage material and medical material.
