摘要
为获得某型强夯机臂架发生局部屈曲和整体失稳事故的原因,通过现场调研,提出了几种臂架折弯的事故假设。采用有限元法对强夯机臂架系统进行静态分析和瞬态动力学分析,结果表明:在正常作业工况,臂架结构满足强度要求;防倾杆弹簧压死时,若臂架继续变幅或者夯击工作,突然释放夯锤产生的冲击力易造成臂架局部超过管材屈服极限,导致整体垮塌。找到了臂架折弯的真正原因,通过对强夯机操作人员的现场指导,更换后的新臂架未再出现折弯事故。
Both static and dynamic finite element analysis were conducted on the arm component of a compactor to obtain the possible causes giving rise to the localized or globalized compactor arm buckling.Through field investigation,and puts forward several boom bending accident hypothesis.The computation shows that the arm component is in agreement with the strength requirement under normal operation.It also proves that localized and even globalized arm buckling will be present due to the impact force at sudden relief of hammer if the arm changes amplitude or keeps the full-load working in the circumstances that the spring of the anti-roll bar suffers from flattening.The real cause of the bending of the boom is found.Through the guidance of the operator of the dynamic compaction machine,the replacement of the new arm is not in the bending accident.
