老龄化背景下日本独居老年人问题探究

The Problem of Elderly People Living Alone in Japan in the Context of Aging Population

随着社会经济的发展和人口老龄化的加剧,日本家庭结构发生很大的变化,出现了家庭规模小型化、家庭结构简单化现象,特别是日益增多的独居老人家庭户成为新的家庭模式。独居老年人是大多老年人口中的弱势群体,他们迫切需要社会的关怀和支持,如何应对独居老年人问题是日本社会面临的重要课题之一。为此,日本采取一系列相关措施应对独居老年人问题。目前,中国的家庭结构正趋于小型化、多样化,独居老年人增多,也将面临随之而来的诸多社会问题。日本应对独居老年人问题的经验值得中国参考和借鉴。

With the development of social economy and the aggravation of aging population,the family structure in Japan has undergone great changes,with the trend of smaller family size and more simplified family-structure.In particular,the household that elderly living alone has become a new family model.Elderly people who live alone are the most vulnerable groups in the population and urgently need social care and support.The problems relating to elderly people living alone has become one of the most important issues in Japanese society,and Japanese government has adopted a series of measures to deal with them.At present,the family-structure in China is becoming smaller and more diversified,with the growing number of elderly people living alone as well as many related social problems.Japan’s experience in dealing with the problem relating to elderly people living alone is worthy of reference for China.
