摘要
针对我国钢筋骨架成型中自动化程度低、制品精度差、管理混乱及材料浪费严重等问题,分析研究典型预制构件墙、梁及柱的钢筋骨架结构、成型工艺、功能,然后通过对整个加工工艺的优化及模块化设计,可根据骨架信息选择合适的功能模块,有利于自动化加工技术的应用,并且有效提高骨架成型的效率和质量,实现钢筋骨架制品的工艺优化及合理布局。同时,结合钢筋加工信息管理系统,实现钢筋骨架从信息输入、排产、加工、储存、配送等过程的全过程管理,从而确保钢筋骨架的成型质量及加工进度,进而实现成型骨架的工厂化、专业化和信息化加工。
In view of the problems of low automation,poor precision of products,confusion of management and serious waste of materials in the forming of reinforcement framework in China,the reinforcement cage structure,forming process and technological process of typical prefabricated component walls,beams and columns are analyzed and studied.Through the optimization and modular design of the whole processing technology,appropriate functional modules can be selected according to the reinforcement cage information,which is conducive to the application of automatic processing technology and can effectively improve the efficiency and quality of skeleton forming,and optimize the process and reasonable layout of reinforcement cage products.At the same time,combined with the reinforcement processing information management system,the whole process management of the reinforcement cage from information input,production scheduling,processing,storage,distribution and other processes is realized,so as to ensure the forming quality and progress of reinforcement cage,and then realize the industrialization,specialization and information processing of the formed cage.
