Application of Information Technology in Quality Management of Precast Elements Production Process

预制混凝土构件是装配式建筑的基础组件,对确保装配式建筑的质量至关重要。通过对预制构件生产过程中常见的质量问题进行分类,对产生的原因进行分析探讨,进而过渡到目前构件生产企业质量管理现状及质量管理面临的困难,然后从信息化的角度阐述在构件深化设计、原材料采购、构件制作、成品管理、物流运输等方面进行质量管理的应对措施,最后介绍了构件生产企业进行质量管理信息化的意义。

Precast elements are the basic components of prefabricated buildings and are essential to ensure the quality of prefabricated buildings.Through the classification of common quality problems in the production process of precast elements,the causes are analyzed and explored,and then transition to the current status of quality management of precast elements manufacturing enterprises and the difficulties faced by quality management,and then from the perspective of informationization,the detailed design of precast elements,raw material procurement,precast elements manufacturing,product management,logistics and transportation,and other quality management countermeasures.At last,the significance of quality management informatization of element manufacturing enterprises is explained.
